At the request of the Director of the Holding Company, we managed to obtain exceptional cover for two of the Company’s Directors and Officers.

The aim of the insurance is to protect the Company in case of the death of one of its Key Decision-Makers, whatever the cause of the death (illness or accident).

Such an event commonly causes the Company’s share price to fall, which can have negative financial consequences for the Company, the owners and the employees.

For each class of risk, the cover provides an insured sum of CHF 10 million per person per event, to be paid to the Company as Policy Holder and beneficiary.

We provided extended cover of risks such as death in case of accident due to war, kidnap or hijacking etc. Lloyd’s Underwriters agreed to pay the sum insured worldwide without any territorial limitations.

Our file was well-presented, which facilitated the acceptance of the risk:

• Satisfactory medical of the Insured;
  
• CVs showing a brilliant career;
  
• Their Holding Companies had subsidiaries in major European capitals;
  

Their company reports showed high performance.

In addition, we negotiated another Life Insurance contract. This took nearly two months of discussions, this time with the Swiss Insurance Company and European Reinsurer.

Our know-how and natural talent for negotiation allowed us to conclude this business to the highest satisfaction of the Client, the Underwriter and the Insurance Company.
