 CREATION OF THE COMPANY
Our insurance brokerage service was founded in July 2003. We registered our business as a limited company in July 2005.
In 1997, we increased our paid-up capital from 150'000.- CHF to 250'000.- CHF, in order to finance the cost of our Lloyd’s concept.
RECOGNITION
Well-known insurance companies cooperate with insurance brokers according to very selective conditions.
We are proud of the many certificates received from Swiss insurance companies as well as from Lloyd’s Active Underwriters.
They recognized in writing our performance as well as our honesty in doing business with them. All confirm that they have never received a complaint from any client about the way we have dealt with them.
PARTNERS OF LLOYD's
Raymond Noujaim, the founder of the company, was first approved by the OFAP (Swiss Federal Office of Private Insurance) in February 1998, in order to become an authorized partner of Lloyd’s of London.
Mr Noujaim created a unique concept, the first of its kind, to manage our business with Lloyd's Syndicates and Underwriters. This concept ensured the success of our partnership. It allowed both parties to propose to the Swiss market a full range of innovative cover known as ‘Financial Lines Insurance’.
Financial Lines Insurance means personalized insurance cover of Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Computer Crime, Professional Indemnity, Kidnap and Ransom, etc.
