Please note that our business relationship with AIG Intl. Group’s Swiss subsidiary was officially terminated by their Management on 30.12.2006.

The reason for this discontinuity in our business relationship was that Mr Noujaim had previously sent to the Management a Mini-Audit report of 58 pages in English and 55 pages in French. In these documents he drew to their attention their failure to assume their responsibility to manage business according to Swiss and International criteria.

The Mini-Audit gives details of Mr Noujaim’s Claim for Proven Fault, corroborated by 400 items of evidence.

After reading the following extracts of testimonies received from the Directors and Officers of AIG’s Swiss subsidiary, you can see that Mr Noujaim has given the best of himself to AIG Europe in Switzerland for over five years, and was rewarded by being stabbed in the back.

Over 140 clients were transferred from Mr Noujaim’s portfolio to a Representative and Board Member in Geneva, increasing the volume of business of the latter. Worse still, this Director took Mr Noujaim’s business network.

Those who believe in God will see AIG’s current predicament, the anger of the population, and the disapproval of President Obama, as a judgement for AIG’s decadence and involvement in numerous scandals.

As advised by our lawyer in New York, Mr Noujaim has decided to postpone spending any money on legal fees against AIG until the situation becomes clearer.

Nobody knows how many days or months this Company will go on existing before the government is exasperated enough to stop its losses and declare AIG bankrupt.
